Gmail and Yahoo are releasing new email sender requirements in February. To ensure that your email is delivered and avoids being marked as spam, email senders need to make sure they are meeting their new conditions.

These changes are highly likely to impact your email delivery. Your sending domains must have SPF and DKIM alignment as well as DMARC policies set up within your DNS provider before February.

Fortunately, WebWorkz has got you covered!

Last year when we started to notice an increase in some email SENT from clients’ domains getting filtered into SPAM folders we did an inventory and updated all of our managed email hosting clients’ email (DNS) settings to meet all of these new sending requirements.

So, you can check this off your list of things to worry about.

In the coming weeks, or at any time, if you are concerned about whether your email is getting delivered, you can contact us and we will check to make sure everything is up to date with your email accounts. As always, you can send requests for support and maintenance to [email protected] or contact us directly.
